Inner-Eco Shipping Policy

At Inner-Eco, we're committed to getting your delicious and gut-friendly products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Destinations:

Our probiotic coconut water is shipped to select regions of the United States where we can ensure the water maintains a cool temperature during shipping. Please add your address to the checkout page to verify your address can receive this product. Acceptable regions vary depending on the time of year.

All our other products can be shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Processing Time:

To ensure our Probiotic Coconut water arrives chilled, we limit shipping of this product to Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped on these days.

All other products will be shipped Monday through Friday, within 2 business days of receiving the order. During peak periods or Holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the product type, and your shipping destination. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions; please check our website and email newsletters for current offers.  

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.  

Delivery Issues:

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Inner-Eco is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@inner-eco.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and any relevant photos of damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Package Left Unattended: Inner-Eco is not responsible for packages that are left unattended at the delivery address if the customer has not made specific delivery arrangements with the carrier.

Important Considerations:

  • Due to the perishable nature of some of our products, we take extra care in packaging to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
  • We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order upon delivery, especially for temperature-sensitive items.
