Inner-Eco Shipping Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any issues, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and include photos of any damage or unacceptable condition. Refunds can only be approved within 30 days of the delivery date. Email this information to customerservice@inner-eco.com for review.
If your claim is approved, we'll gladly refund you for any damaged items. Please note that refunds are not provided for products left unrefrigerated after the expected delivery date.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within a few business days to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund after a reasonable time, please first check with your bank and credit card company and then contact us if needed.
Please discard any damaged items and do not return them to the manufacturer.
